1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using the 58jil website and its associated services, you confirm your unconditional acceptance of these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference. These Terms apply to all users of the 58jil platform, including registered account holders and visitors who access the site without registration.

58jil reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. 2. Eligibility

To register and use the 58jil platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

58jil reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Accounts found to be held by persons under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended, and any funds in such accounts may be forfeited in accordance with applicable regulations.

3. Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on the 58jil platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances therein.

When registering your 58jil account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information as required by the registration form, including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid Philippine mobile number.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to ensure it remains accurate and complete at all times.
• Keep your login credentials — including your username and password — strictly confidential and not share them with any third party.
• Notify 58jil immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account.
• Accept full responsibility for all activities conducted through your account, whether or not authorized by you.

58jil is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with the account security obligations set out above.

4. User Conduct

You agree to use the 58jil platform solely for lawful, personal, and non-commercial entertainment purposes. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:

• Using any automated software, bot, script, or other artificial means to access, interact with, or manipulate the 58jil platform or any game.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, cheating, fraud, or dishonest conduct in connection with any game or promotion offered on the platform.
• Exploiting any error, malfunction, or technical vulnerability in the platform's software or games for financial gain.
• Using the platform to launder money or engage in any other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise derive the source code of any software used by 58jil.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other users or 58jil staff through any communication channel.

58jil reserves the right to investigate suspected violations of this section and to take appropriate action, including account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 58jil platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). 58jil supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: GCash, PayMaya (Maya), and bank transfers via BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank, and debit cards issued by Philippine banks.

The following conditions apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

• Deposits are credited to your 58jil account balance upon confirmation of receipt by our payment processing systems.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. 58jil may require you to submit valid government-issued identification and proof of payment method ownership before processing any withdrawal.
• 58jil processes GCash and PayMaya withdrawals within minutes for fully verified accounts under normal operating conditions. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within one (1) to three (3) business days.
• Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within your account dashboard. These limits may be adjusted by 58jil at any time with reasonable notice.
• 58jil does not accept deposits from, or process withdrawals to, third-party accounts. The payment method used for withdrawal must match the payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically feasible.
• 58jil reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending completion of any ongoing investigation into suspected fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

58jil offers various bonuses, promotions, and incentive programs to eligible registered users. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions that are published alongside each offer. In the event of any conflict between the general Terms and the specific terms of a promotion, the specific promotion terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion.

• Bonuses are credited to eligible accounts at 58jil's sole discretion and may be withdrawn or modified at any time without prior notice.
• Wagering requirements must be satisfied before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are specified in the terms of each individual promotion.
• 58jil reserves the right to void any bonus and any winnings derived therefrom if it determines, in its sole discretion, that a user has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, collusion, or systematic exploitation of promotional terms.
• Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only and may not be transferred, sold, or exchanged.

7. Games & Fair Play

All games available on the 58jil platform — including live dealer games, slot titles, bingo, fishing games, and sports betting — are provided by licensed third-party game suppliers. Random number generators (RNGs) used in applicable games are independently certified to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes.

58jil does not manipulate game outcomes. The results of all games are determined by the underlying game software and, in the case of live dealer games, by the physical actions of the dealer in a regulated studio environment. 58jil accepts no responsibility for any technical malfunction of a game that is attributable to the game provider's software. In the event of a game malfunction that affects the outcome of a wager, 58jil will endeavor to resolve the matter fairly and in accordance with the relevant game provider's malfunction policy.

8. Responsible Gaming

58jil is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices among all users of the platform. We recognize that gambling can become problematic for some individuals, and we provide a range of tools to help users maintain control over their gaming activity.

• Deposit Limits: You may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account at any time through your account settings.
• Loss Limits: You may set limits on the amount you are permitted to lose within a defined period.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any material from the 58jil platform without the prior written consent of 58jil.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 58jil, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the 58jil platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption.

58jil's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 58jil account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude 58jil's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

11. Termination

58jil reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account and access to the platform at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Failure to satisfy eligibility requirements, including the 21+ age requirement.
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Conduct that 58jil determines, in its sole discretion, to be harmful to the platform, other users, or 58jil's reputation.

Upon termination for cause, 58jil may forfeit any balance remaining in your account. Upon termination without cause, 58jil will return any verified balance to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any applicable verification procedures.

You may close your account at any time by contacting 58jil support. Account closure does not affect any obligations that accrued prior to the date of closure.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first contact 58jil's support team to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. 58jil will endeavor to respond to all formal complaints within five (5) business days.

13. Changes to These Terms

58jil reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify registered users via the email address or mobile number associated with their account. Your continued use of the 58jil platform after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and may close your account by contacting support.
